WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is a major flaw with your item, we absolutely want to make it right! Please reach out to us at onipwear@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

HOW DO I SELECT THE RIGHT SIZE?

Choosing the right size is all about personal comfort! Most of our items run true to American sizing, and you'll find detailed measurements in each product listing. As a general rule, we recommend following your jeans size—for example, if you wear size 32 jeans, a Medium should be just right for you. Keep in mind your preferred fit: if you like your jeans loose and relaxed, you might want to downsize, unless you prefer that same loose fit for your swimwear or underwear too!

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SWIMWEAR?

Taking good care of your handmade swimwear will keep it looking fabulous for longer! Here are a few simple tips to keep your swimwear in top shape:

  • After every use, rinse in clean water or wash with cool water and a mild detergent.
  • Avoid ironing or tumble drying—just hang it up or lay it flat to dry.
  • Tie your drawstring together to prevent tangling and protect the drawcord holes.
  • Don’t leave your swimwear rolled up in a wet towel all day—it can harm the fabric.
  • Limit spa visits as the combo of heat and chlorine can break down your swimwear faster.
  • Be cautious with sunscreens and tanning products—they can cause stains.
  • Watch out for rough surfaces! They can cause snags and wear-and-tear on your swimwear.

Your handmade underwear deserves some love to keep it feeling great for longer! Follow these simple tips for the best care:

  • Wash on a gentle or hand wash cycle using warm water.
  • Avoid washing with contrasting colors or using bleach.
  • Tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry for the best results. If needed, use a medium heat setting to iron.
